Have A Question?

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a minimum age?
All tours are family friendly with no age limit, and baby life jackets can be provided.
What should I bring with me?
Dress for the weather. If it is cold or there are showers, dress in layers and wear a light rain jacket. If it is sunny, bring sunscreen and a bottle of water to stay hydrated, and wear a comfortable pair of shoes.
Are life jackets provided?
Yes, life jackets are provided.
Is there accessibility for people with disabilities?
There is no disabled entry. Depending on the tide, we will use steps or, during low tide, a ladder for boarding. However, if there are any issues with boarding, please feel free to contact us, and we will do our best to arrange the timing around the tide to make boarding as easy as possible for you."
Am I able to choose any time for tours?
Not for the island landing tour as the harbor dries for part of the day and changes every day, so the time needs to be pre-booked to suit the tides.
Is there a toilet on board?
Unfortunately, there are no toilets onboard, but there are plenty of cafes nearby the meeting point if you'd like to purchase a coffee and snack before departing.
What is the cancellation and refund policy for the tours?
Tours will go ahead in dry and wet weather and will only be canceled if sea conditions are not fit. However, if cancellations are due to tidal conditions, you will be fully reimbursed. If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, you will not be reimbursed. Cancellations made 5 days to 48 hours in advance will receive a fifty percent refund, and cancellations made with 5 days' notice or more will get a full refund.
